Production Operative (PM shift) role based in Leicestershire, working Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 01:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break. This temporary position pays £14.07 per hour for 42.5 hours weekly, rising to £21.10 for overtime, plus a £20 shift bonus per shift. You will handle and move gas cylinders weighing up to 47kg, working outdoors in all weathers, so physical resilience and attention to detail are essential. A full driving licence is required; prior experience in production, manufacture, construction, or labouring helps. Successful candidates will require a full driving licence. Responsibilities

• Delivering targets set by production leadership at the start of the shift.
• Safely operate process to meet production targets.
• Rotate on Cylinder filling, maintenance and inspection activities as required by production leadership.
• Loading and unloading cylinder vehicles as required.
• Perform any Cylinder re-qualification activities as requested.
• Ensure client standards are adhered to during the filling process.
