Job summary

Production Operative (PM shift) in Leicestershire seeks reliable candidates for a 16:00–01:00 Monday–Friday role. Expect a 42.5-hour week with a 30-minute unpaid break, handling gas cylinders up to 47 kg and working outdoors in all weathers.

A full driving licence is required; prior experience in production, manufacturing, construction, or labouring is beneficial. Free parking, PPE, full training, and access to MyPath learning portal offered.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required and beneficial prior experience in production or labouring.
• Ability to handle heavy cylinders (up to 47 kg) and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production targets and operate processes to meet output.
• Rotate on cylinder filling, maintenance and inspection activities as required.
• Load and unload cylinder vehicles and perform re-qualification activities as needed.
• Ensure client standards are met during the filling process.
