Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting for a part-time Production Operative in Shipley. The role involves assembling blinds to specification, using hand tools, testing products and performing QC checks. It is a temp-to-perm opportunity with hours Monday to Friday, 11am-4.00pm or 12.00pm-5.00pm, at £12.71 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or assembly experience, be confident with hand tools, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality. Reference R02.

Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a well-established blinds manufacturing company based in Shipley. This is a hands-on role offering long-term potential for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Assembling blinds to specification
• Using hand tools and basic equipment
• Testing finished products
• Carrying out quality control (QC) checks
• Manual handling and general production tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred)
• Confidence using hand tools
• Good attention to detail for testing and QC
• Ability to carry out manual work
• A reliable and punctual work ethic
