Job summary

Impression Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Harrogate. The role covers night shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday to Thursday, with a four-day working week and Fridays to Sundays off.

Basic duties include loading the line, operating production equipment, packing goods, and carrying out quality checks. You will work within a friendly team, receive training, and benefit from on-site meals, free parking, a company pension, and an extra

• Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Harrogate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands on work and is looking for a position with a consistent Monday to Thursday shift pattern.

You will become part of a friendly production team, working in a fast paced environment where quality and teamwork are important.

Your Duties As Production Operative

• Load and assist with the production process.
• Operate production lines and assemble products.
• Pack finished products ready for distribution.
• Carry out quality and labelling checks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow health, safety and quality procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Skills / qualifications required in order to be successful:

• Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

In return as Production Operative, you will receive £15.10 per hour with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime.
