Job Title: Production Technician

We are working on behalf of clients across various industries, including some of the largest engineering companies worldwide. Currently, they are seeking a Production Technician to join their team.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure careful handling and movement of components throughout the production process to prevent damage.
2. Complete all process and production documentation accurately and submit as required.
3. Adhere to quality standards to meet and exceed customer expectations.
4. Prepare components as instructed or according to drawing requirements, using various masking techniques.
5. Unmask production parts as specified, ensuring no damage to components.
6. Process components meticulously following instructions and using various processing techniques.
7. Maintain accurate recording of components.
8. Inspect components for quality assurance.

Requirements:

Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good literacy and communication skills, and a desire to add value and make a difference.

Previous experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Anodising Operative, Paint Sprayer, or Assembly Operative could be suitable for this role.
