Job Description:

Pertemps Dudley is recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client based in the Cradley Heath area to work their night shift. The successful candidate will focus on material inspection. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training to develop testing techniques, ensuring the integrity and safety of materials and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program to develop expertise in inspecting techniques
• Assist in conducting inspections on various components
• Record and analyze test results
• Adhere to strict safety protocols
• Help maintain and calibrate equipment

Required Skills and Experience:

• A strong interest in technology and quality control
• Good understanding of basic mathematics
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow

Hours of Work:

• 8 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday during training
• 10 pm - 6 am, Sunday to Thursday once trained

Rate of Pay:

• £12.21 per hour during training
• 17% shift allowance for night shifts
