Great opportunity to work nights as a Production Operative for our client, one of the largest chilled food production companies.

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative in Market Drayton.

The pay rate is between £X - £Y per hour. Overtime is available at this site and paid at £A - £B per hour.

This is a full-time role working 4 days on, 4 days off, with fixed shifts from 6pm to 6am.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling racks and decanting, ensuring proper storage of food
• Cleaning and stacking trays as a Tray Wash Operative
• Correctly packing items on and off the line as a Packer
• Assisting in various production areas as a General Operative

Ideal Candidate:

Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a busy environment. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). No prior experience necessary; full training provided.
