Alexander Steele continues to work in partnership with this market-leading Food Manufacturer based in Manchester, which has experienced consistent growth over the past 5 years, with projections to continue this trend.

Due to ongoing success and significant investment, the business now seeks a high-performing Production professional to join the senior management team as a Nightshift Production Manager. The salary is up to £60k, and the role operates on a permanent 5-night, 8-hour shift pattern.

Salary up to £60k plus bonus, pension, and private healthcare.

You will have full oversight of production during your shift and will report to the Head of Operations.

What we are looking for:

• A highly driven individual with experience in Food Manufacturing, ready to join a successful leadership team with a positive working culture.
• Significant people management experience within Production or Operations in Food Manufacturing is essential.
• Knowledge of driving and implementing a Continuous Improvement/Lean culture.
