Job summary

Aligra Newbury is seeking a hands-on production worker based in Hungerford to prepare and weigh ingredients, operate production machinery, and conduct quality checks. The role offers a friendly team environment, a clear path for progression, and immediate start with weekly pay.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00, with 40 hours per week and periodic overtime. Previous production experience is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and weigh ingredients for production runs with accuracy.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks throughout production to maintain high standards.
• Print and apply labels; ensure correct stock rotation of packaging materials.
• Complete production, quality, and technical paperwork accurately; keep workspace clean and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
• Assist with other general production tasks as required.
