New Production Operative opportunities at DoorCo Macclesfield

We have vacancies for Production Operatives to join our established and award-winning business at DoorCo Macclesfield. We are the leading manufacturer and supplier of composite doors.

As a member of the DoorCo team, your role will provide excellence to our customers as part of a dedicated team.

A day in the life of a Production Operative will depend on the area of manufacturing you are assigned to which includes machining, glazing, painting, final processing and quality checking plus wrapping and packing.

Initially you will start your training in one department and from there you will have the opportunity to expand and become a multiskilled operative in our growing business.

Full training will be offered to the right candidates.

You will need to demonstrate:

• A safety-first mentality and an understanding of health and safety requirements
• A proven history of following Standard Operating Procedures
• A ‘can do’ and flexible working style.
