DFS is seeking a Production Operative in our Kitting team at Lincoln House Woodmill. You’ll be a key part of the manufacturing process, creating complete kits that feed the production areas and support high-quality sofa frames.
You’ll pick timber and CNC‑machined components, deliver kits to the right teams, maintain stock levels and keep your area clean and safe, while working closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.

You'll accurately pick and prepare timber, CNC-machined components, fixings and other materials, creating complete kits that are delivered to the right production area at the right time. By keeping materials organised and readily available, you'll help production run efficiently, minimise delays and maintain the high standards of quality we're known for.
Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the Woodmill, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure your work area remains safe, clean and organised. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you'll play an important role in helping us create furniture that our customers will enjoy for years to come.
