Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Production Operative for a role in Flitwick. The position offers a day shift from Monday to Friday (6:00am-2:30pm, Friday 6:00am-12:00pm) with weekends off, and a basic pay of £12.71 per hour.

The client looks for candidates with prior production experience and a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for packing, assembling, finishing and rework at the end of the line, and for monitoring machines to meet quality standards while maintaining safe

Our client who has built a reputation manufacturing and distributing market leading products is seeking a Production Operative to join their organisation in Kimbolton on a temporary to permanent basis.

In this Production Operative role, you will be responsible for:

• Manual packing of the product that is produced into the correct boxes, in the correct quantity and to the expected quality standard.


• Accurately assembling and packing products at the end of the production line.


• End of line finishing and rework to ensure the products are manufactured to high quality standards.


• Monitoring the production machines to produce product in accordance with the company quality programme.


• Consistently work in a safe manner and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures where applicable.

To be successful as a Produciton Operative, you must:

• Have had similar work experience.


• Be able to work the advertised hours.


• Have a good eye for detail.


• Be able to work as part of a team.
