Bryson is hiring a Production Operative near Gatwick, West Sussex. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays and full training provided from day one.

You will apply branded artwork to garments using heat press equipment, pick garments from the warehouse, and help keep production running smoothly. No previous experience is required, and you will join a friendly, supportive team.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our growing team. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided from day one.

This is a hands-on role working within our production department, applying branded artwork to construction and workwear garments using heat press equipment. You will also be responsible for picking garments from our warehouse ready for production.
