Job summary

People Solutions are looking for Production Operatives to work for our well-known client in Chapeltown, South Yorkshire. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with progression for the right candidate.

The role involves working on the production line, operating equipment, and packing to meet product specs while maintaining safety standards. Pay starts at £12.71 per hour and increases after training, with shifts from 6am to 10pm and Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Good level of English.
• Manufacturing in factory environment experience.
• Machine operating experience.
• Good communication skills and attitude.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line and oversee machinery to run the line efficiently.
• Pack products to meet specifications and conduct quality checks.
• Respond to machine/product issues and report to supervisor.
• Complete relevant paperwork while maintaining safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment compliant with H&S and Food Safety standards.
• Monitor quality of all products and assist with loading/unloading vans.
