Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Part-Time Production Operator to join the Dairy Department at Severnside Dairy. You will help ensure smooth intake of raw milk, processing of fresh milk and cream, and support the cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area while performing laboratory tests.

Shift pattern includes days and nights, 21 hours per week, offering a salary sacrifice pension, life assurance and enhanced overtime.

Qualifications

• Lab testing to analyse, record and report lab results for processing tests.
• Experience in quality assurance and manufacturing, preferably in food environments.
• Production experience in food environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Check and record relevant paperwork.
• Sample and test raw products.
• Load tankers.
• Liaise with other production departments.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operate equipment to maximise output and cost efficiency.
• Undertake other duties as required.
• Maintain quality assurance.

We are currently looking to recruit for a Part-TimeProduction Operativeto join our Dairy Department at ourSevernsideDairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area.In addition to carryingout labtestingtoanalyse, recordand report lab results in relation to all required processing lab tests.

Contract: Part-time - 21 hours per week (to include days and nights)

Location:SevernsideDairy

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Checking and recording of all relevant paperwork.
• Sampling and testing of raw products.
• Loading tankers
• Liaising with the other production departments.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximising output, adherence to plan, waste reduction and cost savings
• Undertake any other duties asrequired.
