Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting Production Operatives for Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen in Hull, a leading food manufacturer. You will join a busy, chilled production line with full training and the potential to secure a permanent position.

The role offers Monday to Friday shifts, ongoing, full-time work, and weekly pay. PPE is provided and there is on-site parking and canteen facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food production is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Previous work in food production, manufacturing or packing is welcome but not required.

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our valued and long-standing client, Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen, a leading food manufacturer based in Hull.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced food production environment offering ongoing work, full training and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Shift Patterns

You will work Monday to Friday on one of the following shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Working on a food production line in a chilled environment
• Packing, weighing and labelling food products
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Reporting quality or production issues when identified
• Following food hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures
• Keeping your workstation clean, safe and organised
• Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, packing or a similar environment would be beneficial, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Are comfortable working in a chilled production environment
• Have good attention to detail
• Are reliable and punctual
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Are willing to learn and follow food safety and hygiene procedures
