Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting Production Operatives to join Cranswick Poultry, a leading food manufacturer based in Hull. This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent role with a regular 4 on/4 off shift pattern, paying £12.85-£13.85 per hour and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include working on a busy poultry production line, handling, packing and quality checks, while adhering to strict food hygiene and safety standards.

Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off - Days or Nights

Hours: 5am-5pm Days | 5pm-5am Nights

No previous food production experience is required for all roles, as full training will be provided.

Pay & Shift Pattern

Day Shift

5:00am-5:00pm

£12.85 per hourNight Shift

5:00pm-5:00am

£13.85 per hour4 days/nights on, followed by 4 days/nights off.

Shift times may vary slightly depending on the department.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on a busy poultry production line
• Handling, lifting and weighing poultry products
• Preparing and packing products
• Carrying out quality checks
• Reporting any product or quality issues
• Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
• Following all Health & Safety requirements
• Keeping your workstation clean, tidy and organised
• Supporting other production duties when required

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, factory, packing or production line work would be beneficial but is not essential.

• Comfortable working in chilled conditions
• Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
