Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a Production Operative to join our Feed Supplements team. You will help ensure safe, efficient production, packing and dispatch, while maintaining quality and compliance with our standards.

This entry point offers clear progression, with opportunities to move into roles such as LGV driver, production planner, or engineering within the Mole Valley Farmers group. 40-hour week, rotating shifts, full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or agricultural environments.
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to operate machinery.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety and compliance standards.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach; willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently.
• Manage weighbridge procedures and quality control.
• Operate bagging and packing systems and maintain records.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock control.
• Load vehicles and serve customers with accuracy and care.
• Support compliance audits and follow medicated procedures.
• Maintain clean and tidy work areas and report equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
