Job summary

JCB is seeking Production Operatives for sites in Derbyshire and Staffordshire. The role offers a favourable hourly rate of £14.94 per hour and multiple shift patterns. You’ll join a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment assembling world-class construction equipment and vehicles.

Applicants should have an eye for detail and good attendance. Training will be provided; previous assembly or mechanical experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Play a crucial role in the assembly line to build construction equipment and vehicles while meeting KPI requirements.
• Maintain required performance levels.
• Use hand and air tools with confidence.
• Maintain quality standards and safety policies at all times.
• Load and unload vehicles and manage goods receiving and storage.
• Participate in on-site training programmes to develop skills.
• Be flexible to perform other processes after training and support Kaizen activities.
