• Maintain performance and quality standards at all times.
• Use hand and air tools safely and effectively.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Receiving, storing, and organising goods within the warehouse.
• Participate in on-site training programmes to develop and enhance your skills.
• Support different processes across the operation following training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen activities).
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the production of high-quality machinery. Day-to-day duties may include:


• Working on the assembly line to help build industry-leading construction equipment while meeting KPI targets


• Maintaining performance and quality standards at all times


• Using hand and air tools safely and effectively


• Loading and unloading vehicles


• Receiving, storing, and organising goods within the warehouse


• Participating in on-site training programmes to develop and enhance your skills


• Supporting different processes across the operation following training


• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (problem-solving, countermeasures, and Kaizen activities)


• Adhering strictly to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
