Job summary

JCB is seeking Production Operatives for roles across Derbyshire and Staffordshire. The position offers £14.94 per hour from day one with overtime and shift allowances where applicable, plus 33 days of paid holiday, free on-site parking, and access to the Employee Assistance Programme.

Training is provided to develop your skills and support continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and flexibility to work shifts.
