Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative (Electronics) in Southampton to assemble cables, PCBs and electronic components, building finished products and sub-assemblies from components for production lines.

The role includes specialist training, progression opportunities, overtime, and a Monday–Friday day shift with a focus on bespoke electronics work, offering a good work-life balance in a growing electro-assembly company.

Production Operative (Electronics)

Southampton

£25,000 – £27,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Bespoke Assembly + Days Based + Monday to Friday

Are you a Production Operative or assembler looking to join a Electronics specialist offering specialist training and opportunities to progress to lead levels with plenty of overtime and a great work-life balance?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist company providing custom products to the electrical supply industries. This is an opportunity to join a growing company at to work on unique hardware and software products designed by the Managing Director himself.

In this role you will be responsible for assembling circuit boards, PCB and cable assemblies and other related electronic components. This includes, building finished products and sub-assemblies from components in line with production documentation, drawings and works instructions, all whilst reporting to the production supervisor.

This role would suit a Production / Assembly operative with experience in electronics looking to join a role working on bespoke components with an established company.

The Role:

• Assembling cables, PCB’s and electronic components
• Build finished products and sub-assemblies from components
• Monday – Friday (7:30pm till 4pm)
• Overtime available
