Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is assisting a Southampton electronics specialist to hire a Production Operative (Electronics). The role involves assembling cables, PCBs and electronic components to produce finished products and sub-assemblies, following production documents and works instructions.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30am till 4pm, with overtime opportunities, and the role includes training and progression into lead levels within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Willing to commute to the Totton office for work.

Production Operative (Electronics)

Are you a Production Operative or assembler looking to join a Electronics specialist offering specialist training and opportunities to progress to lead levels with plenty of overtime and a great work-life balance?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist company providing custom products to the electrical supply industries. This is an opportunity to join a growing company at to work on unique hardware and software products designed by the Managing Director himself.

In this role you will be responsible for assembling circuit boards, PCB and cable assemblies and other related electronic components. This includes, building finished products and sub-assemblies from components in line with production documentation, drawings and works instructions, all whilst reporting to the production supervisor.

This role would suit a Production / Assembly operative with experience in electronics looking to join a role working on bespoke components with an established company.

The Role:

• Assembling cables, PCB's and electronic components
• Build finished products and sub-assemblies from components
• Monday - Friday (7:30pm till 4pm)
• Overtime available
