Job description

Staffpower Group are excited to bring to the market, on behalf of our client, a Production Operative - Electrical role based in the Pickering area.

Ideally, you will have a background in electronics, panel wiring, or a similar environment. Are you looking for a role that offers an excellent work-life balance? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your Role:

1. Assemble and wire electrical/electronic assemblies.
2. Troubleshoot and test systems to ensure quality standards.
3. Handle control/data systems, fibre optics, and low/high voltage installations.
4. Maintain safety and quality standards while meeting department efficiency targets.
5. Panel wiring experience beneficial; no requirement of an electrician as the role relates more to electrical assembly.

Hours of Work:

Permanent, Full-Time Role – 37 hours/week on a 4-day shift pattern.

Week 1: Monday-Thursday (7:30 am–5:30 pm, 4th day until 4:30 pm).

Week 2: Tuesday-Friday (7:30 am–5:30 pm, 4th day until 4:30 pm).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary - £15 per hour minimum, may increase depending on experience.

• 37 hours per week worked over 4 days.
• Overtime – time and a half Mon-Sat and double time Sunday.
