Production Operative
Burton-On-Trent, DE14 3HD
Salary: £32,053

Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week
Candidates need to be able to work a rotating 2-week shift (pm, pm)

Here at Marley, we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Operative to join our well-established team at our site in Burton-on-Trent.

You may have experience in a similar manufacturing environment, or within a fast-paced production/warehouse operative role. If you have the right attitude and a forward-thinking approach to work – we would love to hear from you!

This position covers Monday-Friday and requires flexibility to work rotating shifts.

What’s involved?

You will mainly work within the concrete Tiles department, operating manual and semi-automated machinery, hand-powered tools, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site. You will also assist with housekeeping, cleaning, painting, and other handyperson jobs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a skilled team to manufacture high-quality products using advanced technology while prioritizing health and safety.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment
• Experience with semi-automated machinery/robots (highly desirable)
• Basic computer skills (preferred but not essential)
• Current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
