Job summary

First Base Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Production Operative in Stroud. Working day shifts from 10:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday, and 10:00 to 17:00 on Fridays, you will contribute to various production tasks within the plant.

You will operate and assist with machinery, support production processes, and actively engage in team initiatives to maintain quality and efficiency. This temp-to-perm role reports to the Production Manager and offers a £13.50 per hour rate.

Location: Stroud
Hours: 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and 10.00am - 5.00pm Fridays

Rate: £13.50 per hour

First Base Employment has a requirement for a Production Operative to work with their client based in Stroud in one of their Production departments. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Working on a day shift and reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of processes, assisting with machine maintenance and operation, and actively contributing to various teams and initiatives within the Plant.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

• Operating machinery and ensuring proper maintenance
• Assisting with production processes and adhering to quality standards
• Actively contributing to team initiatives and improvement projects
• Reporting defects or issues promptly to supervisors
