First Base Employment Ltd in Stroud is seeking Production Operatives on a fixed term contract starting ASAP until 31 December 2027. The role involves a 39-hour week with a rotating early, late and day shift pattern, including a Friday finish.

You will monitor production machinery, maintain quality and safety standards, uphold housekeeping, provide break cover for line supervisors and operators, and minimise wastage. Forklift licence preferred; strong teamwork and detail orientation are essential.

Production Operatives

Fixed term contract – Start date ASAP. End date 31.12.2027

Location: Stroud

Hours of Work: 39-hour week changing between an early, late and day shift pattern (5 day working week)

Shift pattern: 05:30 – 14:00 (1300 on Friday) 13:45 to 22:15 (20:15 on a Friday) 10:00 – 18:30 (17:30 on Friday)

Salary – £28,000 to £29,000
