Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a production operator to keep facilities clean, prepared and ready for use in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will stage materials, support production priorities, and ensure GMP documentation is completed accurately.

The role emphasizes 4 on 4 off shifts (2 days, 2 nights), strong attention to safety, quality and 5S housekeeping, with clear communication to supervisors to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with accuracy in documentation.
• Clear communicator and reliable team player.
• Desirable GMP experience.
• Familiar with 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Your role:

You’ll play a key part in keeping production running safely, efficiently and on schedule by ensuring equipment, rooms and materials are cleaned, prepared, assembled and ready for use. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll support day-to-day production priorities by staging materials, maintaining clean-hold timelines, completing GMP documentation to a high standard and communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues if anything risks causing delays. You’ll also contribute to an audit-ready workplace through strong housekeeping, 5S and continuous improvement while following EH&S expectations in everything you do. This role is working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, consisting of 2 days, 2 nights & 4 shifts off working 8 o’clock to 8 o’clock

Who you are:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment with strong focus on safety and quality OR degree qualified in a relevant scientific area.
• Effective numeracy and literacy skills and be well versed in ensuring accurate work is always maintained.
• Clear communicator and reliable team player.

Desirable:

• Experience working to GMP standards.
• Familiar with 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Exposure to risk assessments and basic root cause analysis support activities.
• Previous systems experience such as SAP.
