Production Operatives - Worcester - Earn up to £21.10p/h - Apply Today!

Assist Resourcing is currently recruiting for Production Operatives in Worcester to work for our client, a global specialist in aluminium die casting in the automotive sector. The role is based in their busy warehouse located around a mile from the centre of Worcester.

Previous experience in this environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. The working environment can be noisy, cold in winter, warm in summer, and sometimes dirty. Candidates should be prepared to work with their hands and in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

1. Working within the Foundry, either on Casting or Secondary Machinery
2. Handling molten aluminium
3. Meeting pre-set targets and KPIs
4. Operating machinery to produce finished products

Working Hours:

1. Various shifts available: 06:00 - 14:00 (Days), 14:00 - 22:00 (Afters), 22:00 - 06:00 (Nights)
2. Overtime is available
