Position: Production Operative

Rate: GBP 14.88 per hour

Location: Wokingham

Hours: 4pm - 10:30pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4 weeks (ongoing)

Syntech is seeking multiple evening shift production operatives for our medical client in Wokingham. Your responsibilities will include operating automated assembly machinery, performing manual sub-assemblies, and ensuring machinery operates correctly.

Production Operative Duties:

• Handling glass slides
• Loading and unloading slides from dispensing machines
• Performing manual tasks with tweezers
• Re-stacking slides for storage
• Adhering to ISO standards
• Following health and safety regulations

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in manual assembly or production
• Experience working with delicate products or on production lines
• Picking and packing experience
• Willingness to be trained
• Reliable and efficient
• Open to late shifts
• Experience in an ISO environment and following procedures
• Experience in quality checks with attention to detail
