Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives and Machine Operatives for our client based in Willand, near Tiverton. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position within a growing manufacturing business.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, earning £13.13 per hour with full training and on-site parking. Immediate start available in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of production and metalworking machinery.
• Monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Carry out quality checks and report any issues promptly.
• Follow health and safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Support the wider production team to meet customer deadlines.
