Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK in Bolton is seeking a Production Operative to assemble large-format screens and mechanical/electrical sub-assemblies, following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce high-quality products safely.

You will work as part of a team to hit daily and weekly targets; hand tools and computer skills are valued. The role offers a competitive salary, 25 days holidays, a pension scheme, private medical cover and other company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing disciplines, including mechanical assembly and testing.
• Hand tool experience with rivet gun, impact driver and sealant gun.
• Computer-based skills are favourable.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture of large format screens and Mechanical/Electrical sub-assemblies.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for Manufacture and Test.
• Follow Work Instructions to manufacture to the best quality.
• Manual lifting & Crane/ hoist for a max 350kg.
• Working at height and with the correct PPE.
• Electric pallet truck use.
• Working as part of a team to hit daily / weekly targets.

About The Role

We are now looking for a Production Operative to work for our Bauer Media Outdoor Technic team. BMOT is our manufacturing line of business based in Bolton, dedicated to the design and production of our digital advertising screens. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for assembling large-format screens and mechanical/electrical sub-assemblies, following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. Working as part of a team, you will help achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Manufacture of large format screens and Mechanical/Electrical sub-assemblies

• Follow Work Instructions to manufacture to the best quality
• Manual lifting & Crane/ hoist for a max 350kg

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in manufacturing disciplines, such as mechanical assembly and testing
