Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Co. (Lazenby's) in Hull is seeking a Production Operative to support a fast-paced production line, carrying out a range of tasks to keep operations smooth and compliant with safety and quality standards.

The role offers 4on 4off shifts with day (£12.86) and night (£14.36) pay rates, permanent full-time status, and access to training and career development plus a pension and wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working within the food industry as a Production Operative is required.
• Reliable and have a good absence and timekeeping record.
• Team player & cooperative.
• Good knowledge of basic food hygiene and health & safety principles.
• Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions and have good attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and helpful attitude to completing tasks.

The ideal candidate for a Production Operative would be flexible, enthusiastic and have excellent attention to detail. Their main responsibility would be to carry out a variety of tasks to enable the smooth running of the day-to-day production operation and to ensure the safety, quality and legality of the products being produced, maintaining high standard at all times.

Shifts and Pay Rates: 4on 4off, 12 hours (with 1hr unpaid break)

• DAYS 06:00-18:00 - £12.86 per hour
• NIGHTS 18:00-06:00 - £14.36 per hour
