Are you experienced in a manufacturing environment, working with production machinery or hand tools? We want to hear from you! We are seeking several Production Operatives to work across various areas of our busy facility, operating CNC machining centres to produce components for automotive, aviation, and marine clients. We have vacancies on both our day and evening shifts.

If you have prior experience as a CNC machine operator or in a hands-on engineering role in manufacturing, full training will be provided.

The Role

Based at Autocraft Machining Solutions in Park Farm South, Wellingborough, your responsibilities include producing high-quality engine and structural components, following process sheets, loading/unloading components, and operating machinery safely, including washes, gauging, and assembly equipment.

The role initially involves day shifts during training, after which you will transfer to:

• 2-shift system (weekly rotation):
• 'Earlies’ 6am-2pm (10% shift allowance)
• 'Lates’ 2pm-10pm (16% shift allowance)
