Great Opportunity as a Production Operative in Kings Lynn

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work day or night shifts at a leading food production site in Kings Lynn.

1. Enjoy excellent pay rates, bonuses, and benefits including paid breaks and an attendance bonus after completing 5 shifts.
2. Work guaranteed 40 to 60 hours per week, with both full and part-time options available.
3. Work hours are from Monday to Friday, with shifts as follows:

• Day shifts: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
• Night shift: 10pm to 6am

Pay rates vary depending on the shift and area.

This role may lead to a permanent contract with the client.

Your Role as a Production Operative

You will work on an automated production line, packing food into containers, checking quality, and labeling boxes. Comfort with standing for long periods and repetitive work is essential.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal worker is adaptable, can work efficiently under pressure, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Previous factory experience is beneficial but not required, as full training is provided.
