Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment in Washington is seeking a Production Operative to operate machines, assemble components and inspect products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow a 2-shift pattern (days and backs) with overtime opportunities and a commitment to quality.

The role offers on-site gym facilities and the chance to grow with an expanding company. Work is semi-skilled, requires attention to detail and compliance with process standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role – minimum 2 years.
• Must be able to work a 2 shift pattern consisting of days and backs.
• Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.
• Perform semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.
• May perform work manually and/or by machine operation requiring in-depth process knowledge and constant monitoring.
• Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through inspection and continuous improvement problem solving.
• Make machine adjustments and manage several process variables.
• Maintain procedures and standards to meet quality standards for the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.
• Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.
• Make machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.
• Maintain procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.

Shift Pattern:

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00-14:28
• Late Shift:
• Monday -Thursday - 15:28-23:56
• Friday - 14:28-22:56
