Production Operative

Temporary to Permanent | £13.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Location: Tewkesbury (Driving essential due remote location)

Do you have a passion for working with your hands and creating top-quality products? Are you experienced with woodworking and machinery? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

As part of the production line, you’ll play a key role in assembling and producing goods to a high standard in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We’re looking for someone hands-on, mechanically minded, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and build products using hand and power tools
  • Perform basic maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve daily production targets
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet standards
  • Assist with managing materials and inventory
Skills & Experience
  • Competent with tools and basic mechanical knowledge
  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
  • Capable of working independently when required
