Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is seeking a Keymer Production Operative at our Ewhurst site near Ockley. You will be trained to work with our specialized tools and machinery to support safe, efficient production of high‑quality clay tiles and bricks.

Working 6.00am to 6.00pm on a 4 on 4 off shift, you will manufacture tiles, operate machinery safely, load and unload materials, keep your work area clean, and take part in ongoing training.

About the Role

As a Production Operative working within our handmade Keymer tile department at our Ewhurst site, you will be trained to work with our specialised tools and machinery to support safe and efficient production with high‑quality results.

Duties also include:

• Manufacturing clay tiles and special shaped bricks
• Operate machinery safely
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Participate in training

This role helps us deliver high‑quality products and supports our purpose across the business.

This site produces bricks, roof tiles, and our Keymer Heritage tiles, supporting our manufacturing of high‑quality building materials across the UK.

This position is based at our Ewhurst site, which is near Walliswood and Oakwoodhill and easily commutable from Horsham, Cranleigh, Guilford, Goldaming, Redhill and Crawley.

Hours of Work: 6.00am to 6.00pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
