Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is seeking a Keymer Production Operative at our Ewhurst site in Ockley. You will be trained to work with specialised tools and machinery to support safe production of high‑quality tiles and bricks.

Key duties include manufacturing clay tiles, operating machinery safely, meeting targets, loading/unloading materials, and keeping areas clean. There are career development opportunities and regular overtime, with a base rate of £13.25–£14.18 per hour and £10,000 annual allowances.

Join us as a Keymer Production Operative at our Ewhurst site in Ockley

Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.

About the Role

As a Production Operative working within our handmade Keymer tile department at our Ewhurst site, you will be trained to work with our specialised tools and machinery to support safe and efficient production with high‑quality results.

Duties also include:

• Manufacturing clay tiles and special shaped bricks
• Operate machinery safely
• Meet production targets
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Participate in training

This role helps us deliver high‑quality products and supports our purpose across the business.

Thissiteproduces bricks, roof tiles, and our Keymer Heritage tiles, supporting our manufacturing of high‑quality building materials across the UK.

This position is based at ourEwhurstsite, which isnear WalliswoodandOakwoodhilland easily commutable from Horsham,Cranleigh, Guilford,Goldaming, Redhill and Crawley.

Hours of Work: 6.00am to 6.00pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
