What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in making quality packaging products in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Running machines to produce packaging materials

Checking equipment and keeping your work area safe and clean

Following simple instructions to set up machines at the start of each shift

Monitoring the quality of products and reporting any issues

Keeping accurate records on paper or on a computer

Helping with machine changes, cleaning, and general teamwork

Always wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Working closely with others and taking pride in your work

You don't need previous factory or machine experience - we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for people who are:

Reliable and willing to learn
