Ingersoll Rand in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a production operative to assemble raw materials and components, test products, and ensure quality according to strict guidelines and practices. This is a full-time on-site role with training provided.

We are an SME that provides telemetry devices for hazardous areas within the industrial environment. We also build, install, commission and maintain the gas supply network with our control and odorization systems as part of new and on-going contracts.
The day-to-day role can be varied as we have numerous products across the electronic and mechanical disciplines. Our job is to assemble and test the sub-components and then final product according to strict industry and internal guidelines and practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail. Some experience with electrical assemblies and testing is preferred, but full training will be provided to a candidate eager to start a career in an industrial setting. This is a full-time position.
Training for all technical skills required will be provided, and a clear development pathway detailed to enable the successful applicant to progress within the company.
