Job summary

IAP Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Production Operatives for an engineering client in Hixon, Staffordshire. This is a long-term position with full training provided, featuring 12-hour day shifts (06:00–18:00) on a 4-on-4-off pattern, including weekends, and weekly pay.

You will load parts into robotic welding machinery, set up the machine, perform quality checks, handle parts manually, and follow health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production roles is desired.
• You must be comfortable with physical workloads.
• You must be able to work 12 hour shifts and weekends as standard.
• You must be able to drive and have your own car or motorbike.
• Good English skills (reading, and verbal).

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our engineering client within their purpose-built facility in Hixon, Staffordshire. These are long-term positions.

• This is a physically active role, with full training provided
• You must drive and have your own car or motorbike due to the location of this work

Production Operative key job details:

• 12hr day shift 06:00 to 18:00
• 4on4off shifts which does include weekends as standard
• £13.50ph, weekly pay
• Long term work
