Job summary

Connect Appointments are recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing facility in Shotts, Scotland. The role covers early, back or night shifts with ongoing temporary status and weekly pay. You will prepare, make and pack high-quality products, label correctly and adhere to food safety standards.

You'll receive training, with shift options and a pay scale of £13.05–£15.01 per hour, paid weekly. Own transport is preferable due to site location and hours.

• The ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and strong time-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, making and packing high-quality food products across various production areas
• Accurately labelling products, ensuring dates and batch numbers are correct
• Packing finished goods into boxes and crates in line with customer specifications
• Completing quality checks and production documentation accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in line with food safety and hygiene standards

Salary: GBP13.05 - GBP15.01 per hour

Connect Appointments are recruiting Production Operatives to join an established food manufacturing business based in Shotts, North Lanarkshire.

Our client operates a busy food production facility, offering a choice of early, back or night shift to suit your working preferences.

What's on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• Your choice of:
• Early Shift:Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm(early finish every Friday!)
• Back Shift:Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm(early finish every Friday!)
• Night Shift:Monday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, and Friday, 8pm to 3am
• £13.05 p/h to £15.01 p/h (rising after completing 12 weeks)
• Paid weekly - with all breaks paid!!
• Full training provided

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
