Job summary

Restore Information Management, part of Restore plc, is seeking a Risk and Due Diligence Analyst to lead customer due diligence (CDD) reviews and supplier risk assessments. You will maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance across regulatory and contractual standards while collaborating with procurement, legal, and operations to strengthen governance and risk controls.

The role is hybrid in the Rainham area, permanent, with 37.5 hours weekly; salary range £35,000-£50,000 per annum.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, questionnaires, and assessments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with risk/compliance tools is a plus.
  • Prolonged periods of using Display Equipment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain customer due diligence questionnaires, ensuring timely and accurate responses evolving into working with PQQs and Tender submissions.
  • Conduct supplier/vendor risk assessments in accordance with documented policies and procedures, including onboarding checks, due diligence through our third party supply chain risk management partner, ongoing monitoring, and remediation follow-ups.
  • Maintain documentation and audit-ready records for customer and supplier due diligence processes.
  • Support compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and customer contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, operations, and business units to manage supplier risks and support customer requirements.
  • Identify, elevate, and track remediation of potential compliance or operational risks.
  • Assist in developing and improving due diligence and supplier risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits as needed.
  • Assist in developing a knowledge library in order to improve the consistency and efficiency of our responses to customer due diligence requests.

    Purpose of the Role
    This role is critical to Restore with both customer and supplier facing responsibilities. On the customer side, this role will be responsible for the important task of managing the completion of customer due diligence (CDD) reviews in conjunction with functional leads and subject matter experts across Restore, helping to ensure that we meet our contractual requirements and enhance our reputation for maintaining robust procedures around governance, compliance and ethics. On the supplier side, this role will be responsible for managing supplier risk assessments across Restore, providing greater rigour and responsiveness in support of our efforts to better risk assess our supply chain. The position helps ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards while safeguarding operations and strengthening trust with customers and suppliers.
    Key Responsibilities
