Job description

Production Operators are required for our busy engineering and manufacturing client based in Renfrewshire, due to continued growth and expansion.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for assembling machinery used in various sectors worldwide, built at their headquarters in Renfrewshire.

Candidates must have:

• Previous manufacturing assembly experience.
• Ability to work as part of a machine build team.
• Flexibility to adapt to daily tasks and willingness to assist where needed.
• Ability to work independently to problem-solve and suggest improvements.
• Capability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Understanding of Lean principles and 5S methodology.
• Focus on continuous improvement, using KPIs, target setting, and achievement.

Working Pattern: 35 hours over 4 days:

• Pattern A: Monday to Thursday, 07:15 - 16:30
• Pattern B: Tuesday to Friday, 07:15 - 16:30

Hourly Rate: £13 per hour plus regular overtime.
