Ambitions Personnel is recruiting Production Operatives for an established manufacturing business in Melton Mowbray. This full-time role offers an immediate start, on a Monday to Friday pattern with 06:00–14:00 shifts, and potential progression to permanent employment for the right candidates.

You will work in a hands-on production team, operating equipment, preparing materials, checking quality and ensuring orders are packed and dispatched in a safe, clean environment. Full training provided.

We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of an established manufacturing business based in Melton Mowbray.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll be working as part of a hands-on production team, helping to ensure products are manufactured, finished and prepared to the required standard.

Your duties may include:

• Operating production equipment and machinery.
• Assisting with various production and finishing processes.
• Preparing materials and products for the next stage of production.
• Checking finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Packing and preparing completed orders.
• Following production instructions and company procedures.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.
• Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous production experience as well as those looking to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment.
