Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Machine Operator / Production Operative in Newport to join a stable manufacturing team. The role focuses on operating and monitoring machinery, setting up equipment, and ensuring high quality product output.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime shift from 7:00 to 3:30, weekly pay, opportunities for overtime, immediate starts, and on‑the‑job training within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production or machine operating roles.
• Experience working with machinery or production equipment.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to health and safety.
• Experience within a engineering or manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

The Role
