Job summary

Kingdom People is recruiting production operatives to work at our client site in Middleton (M24 2RW). The roles include packing cushions and quilts, feeding fibres on production lines, and loading/unloading products with attention to safety.

Various shifts are available, including Summer Days/Nights and Winter Days/Nights. Pay rates are £12.71 per hour for Days and £13.71 per hour for Nights, with overtime paid at 150% of the base rate.

Responsibilities

• Packing cushions and quilts
• Feeding fibres and filings materials into textile covers on production lines
• Compressing finished products and packing/wrapping them according to customer orders
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
• Working across different production lines
• Performing repetitive tasks throughout the day, with some roles requiring physical fitness and stamina
• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards

Location: Middleton - Stake Hill

Job: Production operatives needed.

Shift Pattern

Summer DAYS -Production Operatives: 07:30am to 5:30pm (4 days per week)

Winter DAYS -Production Operatives: 07:30am to 5:30pm (5 days per week)

Summer NIGHTS -Production Operatives: 8:00PM to 6:00AM (5 days per week)

Winter NIGHTS -Production Operatives: 07:30am to 6:00AM (5 days per week)

Pay Rates

Production Operatives Days: £12.71

Production Operatives Nights: £13.71

Overtime may be available during busy periods and is paid 150% of basic rate.
