Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for a leading food manufacturer in Knowsley, L34. Roles include Food Production, Manufacturing, Packing, and Machine Operatives with immediate starts.

The positions are temporary to permanent with weekly pay and excellent working conditions. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring quality and traceability across all processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food production environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Good manual handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Pack finished products to quality standards.
• Weigh raw materials accurately.
• Complete production paperwork for traceability.
• Palletise finished products for dispatch.
• Recycle waste materials including packaging.
• Handle materials up to 25kg.
• Hit daily production targets and KPIs.
• Maintain GMP standards and a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with production team.

• Work collaboratively as part of the production team.

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs.
• Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.
