First Base Employment has a client in Stroud seeking a Production Operative on a day shift. This temp-to-perm role pays £13.50 per hour, with hours 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and 10.00am - 5.00pm Fridays.

You will operate machinery, assist with production processes, and help maintain quality across teams under the Production Manager. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential.

Production Operative - Stroud

Location: Stroud Hours: 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and 10.00am - 5.00pm Fridays Rate: £13.50 per hour

First Base Employment has a requirement for a Production Operative to work with their client based in Stroud in one of their Production departments. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Working on a day shift and reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of processes, assisting with machine maintenance and operation, and actively contributing to various teams and initiatives within the Plant.
